Final pricing depends on factors including, but not limited to:

Spaces by Heidi may provide design concepts, mood boards, specifications, furniture recommendations, staging selections, design direction, site visits, and project-related support.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving design selections in a timely manner.

While we work to provide thoughtful design direction and clear communication, final project outcomes may depend on vendors, contractors, manufacturers, shipping timelines, product availability, installation quality, construction conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines vary depending on the type and scope of work. Staging projects may take approximately 1–2 weeks, while remodels or new construction projects may take several months or longer.

Any timeline provided is an estimate and may change due to:

  • Product delays

  • Vendor or manufacturer availability

  • Construction delays

  • Client approval timelines

  • Contractor schedules

  • Change requests

  • Weather, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances

Spaces by Heidi is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

7. Client Approvals and Revisions

Clients may be asked to approve design concepts, selections, specifications, layouts, furnishings, or other project details.

Once an item, design direction, or specification is approved, changes may result in additional fees, extended timelines, restocking fees, vendor charges, or other costs.

Revision terms may vary by project and will be outlined in the proposal or agreement when applicable.

8. Purchases, Products, and Materials

Spaces by Heidi may recommend, source, specify, or assist with furniture, décor, finishes, fixtures, materials, and other design-related items.

Product pricing, availability, lead times, and specifications may change without notice. Spaces by Heidi is not responsible for manufacturer delays, discontinued items, product defects, shipping damage, delivery delays, or changes made by vendors or suppliers.

Manufacturer warranties, return policies, and product guarantees are determined by the manufacturer or vendor. Spaces by Heidi follows applicable manufacturer warranties when available.

9. Contractors, Builders, Vendors, and Third Parties

Spaces by Heidi may coordinate with contractors, builders, installers, vendors, suppliers, real estate professionals, or other third parties as part of the design process.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, these third parties are independent businesses and are not employees or agents of Spaces by Heidi. We are not responsible for their workmanship, pricing, scheduling, licensing, insurance, delays, errors, omissions, or project outcomes.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving any third-party contracts, estimates, invoices, and work.

10. Payments and Fees

Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Late, missed, or incomplete payments may result in project delays, paused services, cancellation, or additional fees.

Spaces by Heidi reserves the right to update pricing, service packages, and payment requirements at any time.

11. Cancellations and Project Pauses

Cancellation, rescheduling, or project pause terms may vary depending on the scope of work and will be outlined in the applicable proposal or agreement.

If a client cancels, pauses, or significantly delays a project after work has begun, the client may remain responsible for design time completed, products ordered, vendor fees, restocking fees, cancellation charges, or other costs already incurred.

12. Portfolio, Photography, and Project Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Spaces by Heidi may photograph completed or in-progress projects and use project images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts to respect client privacy and avoid sharing sensitive personal information. Clients may request specific privacy considerations in writing before photography or publication.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, copy, images, branding, graphics, design concepts, mood boards, layouts, specifications, and other materials created by Spaces by Heidi are the intellectual property of Spaces by Heidi unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or use our materials outside the agreed project scope without written permission.

Design documents, concepts, and recommendations are created for the specific client project and may not be transferred, reused, or repurposed for other projects without approval.
